The sound of the sea is the first sound image that arrives thinking about this wine but this ancestral vibration is already enclosed in every drop of this delicious nectar that the sea has made the belly in which to spend its gestation. (It therefore does not need explicit reproductions). It is instead a contemporary sound but linked to traditions what I attribute to the Akenta diamond tip of the Santa Maria la palma cellar. A song with a brilliant and irreverent but emotionally engaging opening that resonates like a melody that the unconscious has known for a long time. We give to the music of Astor Piazzolla the task of redistributing in an impetuous and at the same time homogeneous way the sensory notes perceived in the tasting of that wine excellence.
The bandoneón is a particular type of accordion, whose sound is reminiscent of the Sardinian accordion that accompanies the popular dances by reconnecting the memories through the flavor to the ancient sounds of this wonderful and unique island. Astor Piazzolla in Mar De Plata.
Its maturation takes place in the waters of the seabed within the marine area of the Park of Porto Conte. A totally “green” product that, in addition to the Park promotion, creates the basis for a production without energy expenditure, where the absence of light and constant pressure allows an ideal and natural maturation of the product. Careful selection of Vermentino di Sardegna Doc grapes, hand-picked and sparkling in autoclave (Charmat method); refined 6 months sur lie. Through this process the yeasts exalt fragrant aromas and allow the formation of a fine and persistent perlage.
